A good adaptation of one classics by Edgar Allan Poe. The tense, the spirit of story, the obsesion, the space as nice frame of a powerful form of madness. Fine performances. And something defining the film as an inspired reflection of fear and murder and peace. Sure, not perfect. But a good film and a good idea.
