- There is a certain gift you can get from the monomono machine called 'the Vibrating kokeshi'. It's a sex toy.
- Toko Fukawa is a pretty perverted character and she calls Togami 'Master'
- One character makes frequent sexual innuendos about other characters.
- In the game, when you unlock the art room, there's a topless female statue
- During the course of the game, the dialogue contains some suggestive material (e.g. "Like I'd want to go anywhere with a dirty slut like you!", "It's not some pervy 'adult' video or anything!" and "He.. He abused me... and he took pictures").
Violence & Gore

- One of the areas unlocked in the final chapter has blood all over the walls and floors. This is also the only instance in the game where blood is red. Except for a bloody bed on the 2nd floor dorms
- A character is stabbed in the stomach with a knife. We don't see the action occur, only the aftermath. Pink blood is splattered all over the walls.
- A character is pelted to death with baseballs. We see his expressions of pain and agony while this is happening. After he is dead, we see a baseball covered in blood roll away from his body.
- A character is hit in the back of the head with a blunt object. We don't see this action happen, only the aftermath. When we discover their body, it is strung up in a crucifix position and pink blood is dripping down their body in a small pool below.
- Two characters are hit in the back of the head with heavy mallets. We don't see this action happen, only the aftermath. We see their bodies on the floor with a pool of pink blood around their heads. One of these characters dies in the arms of another character.
- A character is electrocuted and "melted into butter". Some people may interpret this death as comedic while others find it disturbing.
- A character is burned at the stake. However, before they can die, they are struck by a fire truck, killing them instantly.
- The game isn't very bloody but they are very brutal. Like spending hours with a character and than seeing Hume being pelted to death with a pitching machine.
- A book shows pictures of young men stabbed with sharp scissors. Very bloody.
- Players investigate the various crime scenes, looking for clues and interviewing rival classmates. Finding the murderer can trigger "punishment" cutscenes in which acts of violence are depicted: students shot and killed by a pitching machine, run over by a fire truck, crushed to death.
- This game also includes depictions of characters getting impaled by spikes and knives.
- Blood is frequently depicted on and around dead bodies. (it should be mentioned that blood in this game has a bright, neon pink color)
Profanity

- "Fuck", "shit", "dick", "bitch", "asshole", "slut", "damn" and other words can be heard throughout the game. One character (Mondo Oowada) swears in a good amount of his dialogue.
- Toko calls Junko a slut. "Christ" is used as an exclamation once by Mondo.
- The words "fuck", "shit" and "asshole" can be heard in the game.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- At one point a character offers to drink "Brewskis" with another character. When told that neither of them are old enough to drink, the character responds with "Oh, I'm actually 21. I've been held back a few times."

- There is an optional event involving the protagonist seeing the remaining female characters bathing.

- It is revealed at the end of the game that the outside world fell into a state of anarchy and was destroyed. A couple images of terrorism can be seen, although shows nothing too graphic.
- A character commits suicide in Chapter 4. The act isn't shown, but this can still be frightening to some.
