  Terry English : OK, we have been told that you verbally assaulted her and threw an projectile at her face.

  David Hertzberg : Erich, they're not your pals. They're going to use everything you say here against you. They'll twist it, they will build an entirely new narrative that has nothing to do with the truth. As your lawyer, I strongly advice you not to say another word.

  Erich Blunt : I didn't kill her, David. I have nothing to hide.

  David Hertzberg : If you're not interested in my counsel, then perhaps I should leave.
