Through the years I had seen plenty of American, and Mexican movie's franchise, that unfortunately, just the first movie of it worth; and the rest of the others...sight...Well, what can I say?. In this occasion, and after watching the 2006's first movie (Maria Navajas), later I found out that it does have a sequel; Maria Navajas 2 2008.
At first, I was having some doubts, because like all of us had known from experience, sequels unfortunately are not that good; but how wrong I was after I give it an opportunity. It turn out to be a really good movie after all, specially since Mr. Francisco Orosco, the writer of Maria Navajas 2006 (the first one) was involved in writing it; even if Mr. Emilio Ramón Vidal (the director of the first movie) wasn't involved; but turns out, that Mr. Jorge Ramírez Rivera (the director of this movie), it did a pretty good job after all.
Without any spoilers, all could say is this: that if all of you liked the first movie (Maria Navajas 2006), than you should not miss it's sequel; it definitely worth your time.
