- A shocking blindside leaves one castaway questioning their resolve to play the game. Meanwhile, a camp raid leaves one tribe scrounging for supplies while another revels in comfort.
- Previously on 'Survivor': The Brains, Brawn and Beauty tribes ended and two new tribes were formed. The former Beauty tribe at Aparri started to turn on each other, giving the former Brains a chance to take control. At Solana, the Brawn tribe had numbers, 5-2, then lost the immunity challenge. Tony and Trish put together a plot to vote Cliff out, blindsiding him and his allies.
Back at Solana camp: Trish starts to talk and Lindsey cuts her off, telling them they "just screwed up majorly." Trish and Lindsey start to go at each other, with Trish telling Lindsey she doesn't like her. Lindsey tells Trish she can't stand anything about her.
Lindsey tells us she thinks Trish is a bully and tells us she's "going to have to figure out" what she's going to do for the rest of the time. Lindsey goes off by herself. Even Tony is worried.
Jeff comes out to see Lindsey, who tells him about Trish exploding on her. Lindsey tells Jeff she's worried she's going to "flip out" on Trish. She says she knows she's going to regret it, but she's thinking about quitting. Jeff tells her nobody has ever quit like that. She says that when she walks away from the beach, it will be her lowest point.
Jeff goes to the camp and tells the rest of the tribe that Lindsey is pulling herself from the game. Trish tells Jeff she "came down" on her pretty hard, but that she's not surprised Lindsey left right after Cliff was blindsided. Tony is giddy, telling us it was like "getting two [out] for the price of one." Woo seems eager for a fresh start, but tells us he knows he's in a tough spot because he was aligned with Cliff and Lindsey.
Reward challenge: Everyone seems to be laughing about Lindsey quitting the game. Spencer says it bothers him that someone quit, but his odds just got a lot better.
For the challenge: Players will participate in one-on-one contests, each holding a small idol on a disc. The goal is to knock the other player's idol off before getting their own knocked off. The first team to win four matches wins reward: A chance to raid the other tribe's camp.
Spencer wins the first match for Aparri, overtaking Woo.
Trish holds off Tasha, who made a big move but her idol fell first, to tie the game up, 1-1.
Sarah goes right at Jefra and makes her drop her own idol, giving Aparri a 2-1 lead.
LJ gets Jeremiah to drop his own idol and ties the game 2-2.
Tony runs right at Morgan, who responds in kind, but her idol falls first and Solana takes a 3-2 lead.
In a rematch of the first match, Spencer and Woo are in a tense showdown, each waiting to make a move, until Woo lurches forward and knocks Spencer's idol down to give Solana the win.
Woo and Tony are the two Solana members selected to go back to Aparri's camp and raid it. Jeff hands Tony a note that they are supposed to read before getting started with the raid.
Back at Aparri camp: Tony and Woo head to the beach to read the note. It tells them which things they are allowed to take, and they go for the comfort items and fishing gear. They also get a clue to a hidden immunity idol which they think has instructions for finding a clue on their beach. Tony decides to announce to the Aparri tribe that they are allowed to give the idol clue to someone on their tribe, and he declares openly -- hoping to put a target on Jeremiah's back -- that he's giving it to Jeremiah. Tony pulls Jeremiah aside and gives him the clue.
Jeremiah reads the clue and realizes it's the same one they had at his previous tribe. He's worried that his tribe mates are going to be watching every move he makes. Meanwhile, Tony and Woo leave, but Tony runs back to get the clue back because if Jeremiah shows it to the rest of the tribe, they're going to realize it's for the other beach.
Back at Solana: Tony and Woo come back to camp as heroes for bringing comfort items. Tony also shows everyone the clue to the hidden idol and, in his excitement and newfound love of his tribe, reveals that he's actually a police officer and not a construction worker. LJ tells us he's going to have to watch Tony carefully, noting that the strategy of trying to make himself trustworthy by revealing that he's been lying the whole time was "different."
Back at Aparri: Alexis tells us she's worried about Jeremiah. She pulls Jeremiah aside and tells him this, but he doesn't trust Alexis. Spencer and Alexis go talk to Jeremiah, who insists the clue was the same one they had at the other camp, but neither Alexis or Spencer are buying it. Tony's plan seems to be working out.
Immunity challenge: The teams will have to make a wooden staircase that leads up to a vertical bamboo maze. Someone will then have to maneuver a key through a rope maze. At the end, the key will unlock a machete that will be used to cut through a wooden block and release puzzle pieces. A vertical puzzle, once completed, will reveal the combination to a lock, which will release the tribe's flag and win immunity.
Aparri gets its staircase built while Solana struggles. Solana makes up the gap through the maze, though, and they're tied when Tony (for Solana) and Jeremiah (for Aparri) hit the key maze. Jeremiah gets through it first, but Tony is close behind until he struggles to unlock the machete. Aparri gains a decent lead.
But the puzzle proves tricky for Aparri, and Solana comes from behind with Woo and LJ putting their puzzle together and unlocking their flag for the win. Tony is excited again and shouts, "Top five, baby! Top five!" Sarah, who is on Aparri, tells us it's clear that she's not in their plans and needs to make a new alliance.
Back at Aparri camp: Everyone is focused on Tony's "top five" comment, which leads them to believe that Tony thinks he has someone from Aparri to balance out the numbers in his group's favor when the merge happens.
Alexis tries to convince Spencer that they need to vote Jeremiah out. Spencer isn't totally convinced, but nods along. Kass tells us the Brains are in a good position, saying they "just needed a body. We found our zombies, now we're in."
Tribal Council: Jeff asks about unity among previous tribe mates, Kass says the Brains are tight, but it's clear that the Beauty tribe has been driven apart. Sarah says she figured out she's "standing alone," and her former tribe mates have "clearly moved on" without her. Tasha tells Jeff "the Beauties are in trouble." Jeff asks about the camp raid and she tells Jeff about Tony giving Jeremiah a clue. Morgan suddenly drops the idea that Jeremiah or Alexs could flip when the merge happens. Spencer says this is probably going to be most important decision they can make.
The vote: Alexis writes down Jeremiah's name, saying, "It only takes one lie to lose my trust, you've lied, like, a hundred times." Jeremiah writes down Alexis' name, simply saying, "You're the one that's going to flip." We don't see who Morgan writes down, but she says, "There's no doubt in my mind that you're going to flip, so you have to go."
Jeff reads the votes: Jeremiah, Alexis, Alexis, Alexis, and the sixth person voted out is Alexis.
Alexis' last words: Struggling to speak through her tears, Alexis says, "I came out here wanting to go all the way to the end. I'm one of the biggest fans, so it really breaks my heart that I can't even make it to the merge. I can't even get that far. I really thought I'd do better than this. I'm really disappointed."
