Chapel is shot. The team then goes through all of Chapel's cases. Later another man is shot by the same gun. While they check out the man whom they learn is a public defender, Carter shows up and tells them what could the link be and it's that a man Chapel arrested and sent to prison, a drug dealer claims that Chapel framed him. They think Carter is on a witch hunt. Daniel is still being haunted by his abduction. Javier introduces his people to Salazar as their new partner and one of his people refuses to accept him, he is later found dead. Tae is approached by the woman who helped him on earlier case and expects him to repay her but he refuses so she threatens him and his sister.
