In an earlier episode Waller states there is a drone inbound loaded with 6 GBU-43 bombs. In this episode it shows the drone flying towards the city loaded with two hellfire missiles. Additionally, GBU-43 bombs, also known as MOABs, are enormous and would not be able to be carried by a drone of this type.
When Slade has his sword to Felicity's throat, you can see there is no edge on the blade, it is completely flat.
In a shot where Thea is at the train station, the VIA logo can be seen on one of the train cars.
The entire Starling City is under siege and being destroyed, yet A.R.G.U.S headquarters is perfectly safe - Slade's men have not attacked it, and Diggle and Lyla reached there very safely with no issues.
When Felicity mentions that Slade's men are heading for the Giordano Tunnel and Det. Lance says he thought they trying to destroy the city, not escape it, Oliver responds that A.R.G.U.S is planning to level the city to stop them from getting out. And that this is what Slade is planning on as he knows Waller's tactics.
However, Slade has never met Waller in his life, nor knows who she is. Even if he did, Oliver could not have known this.
Amanda Waller and her team at A.R.G.U.S headquarters refer to the drone strike on Starling City as if they are in another location. However, A.R.G.U.S headquarters is located in Starling City and none of the A.R.G.U.S employees seem fazed that they are ordering a drone strike on themselves. Furthermore, Waller is not the selfless person to sacrifice herself to take down the villain (and insist on doing so).
