Edit

Continuity

Coulson's head changes position between shots during a conversation with Skye.

Factual errors

Terawatt is a unit of power, not energy. Batteries are rated in Amp-hours. Additionally, a terawatt is about 1/16 of the power used at one time by the entire planet (as of 2006), so the amount of power being discussed is ludicrously out of scale.
The CPU on the freezing device has no cooler installed. The CPU would overheat and die almost straight away.

Revealing mistakes

When Seth is in conversation by phone with Mr. Quinn, Seth's phone is showing the keypad, meaning he's not calling Mr. Quinn.

Errors in geography

Agent Lumley ambushes May in Mexico City by attacking her from a fire escape platform. Later, he unsuccessfully tries to run away using the same platform. There are no fire escape platforms outside buildings in Mexico, as they have never been part of the Building Code there.
