Chris Jericho is Great!
kateziegler-3670015 February 2019
His wrestling persona was always top notch and he actually surprised me with how good his performing was in this short series. He has good timing and is a funny performer with others. The down side is he has no much to do since the writing is not very good and the other actors are just average.

Sadly Not Very Funny

I like Chris Jericho a lot but this short web series just isn't very funny. Maybe if it had more time. He's a lot more entertaining as a wrestler but I do think if he had more to work with (time, scripts) he could be great in a comedy series. Hopefully he gets another chance.

So far this is the best show the CBC has ever done.

I hate the CBC entertainment division. It's for old people who love bingo. I haven't been even remotely interested in any of their content since I was a child and that was when they had the wonderful world of Disney. This was such a breath of fresh air. I'm not even a wrestling fan. I was when I was younger, but I lost interest years ago. So, you don't have to be a wrestling fan to enjoy this. It will probably make fun of wrestling at some point, but right now it makes fun of the media and entertainment industry. If you like Kevin Smith like humor then you will probably like this.

A Good Start With Some Hiccups Along The Way
sharansrinivas-g24 April 2018
As an in-ring entertainer, Chris Jericho is one of the greats. So, it was not much of a surprise that the WWE superstar turns into a goofy yet affable actor in the web series "But I'm Chris Jericho." It may sound narcissistic but in reality, Chris is the butt of many jokes and he takes it well. His delivery has improved along the way and with the end of season 2, the show is looking pretty good.

Each episode is less than 10 minutes and there are only 16 episodes. The humour is different from that of American sitcoms. So, it might take you some time to get used to the show. But, if you've loved British classics such as Monty Python or Mr. Bean or even The Office, this show should appeal to you.

Some of the memorable episodes are Acting Class (S01E04), Actor Off (S01E07) and Hey, Wassip (S02E04).

I do hope that the show returns for a third and even a fourth season. It has started to grow on me. So, go ahead and give it a try.
