"Agent Killer: Origins" has flaws- and many of them, but that doesn't stop this cliché action packed sci-fi short from entertaining the hell out of you even with it's absurd $250 budget! Scenarios could have been better, actors could have been older, and story could have been less complicated. As first time director for a short film, Cesar Encalada has taken a very risky, yet ambitious responsibility to entertain his audience for 25 full minutes (especially with a film based on a comic book they created in there childhood apparently) and although he manages to nearly accomplish his goal, 25 minutes is a lifetime for an online crowd. Put simply, it's not the best short film out there, far from it, but with it's overly packed visual effects and silly background environments; "Origins" is still watchable, and better yet enjoyable from beginning to end.
