- The episode features three flashbacks to one sex scene with brief breast nudity. The scene is shown once in a distorted memory sequence, then from the male perspective, and finally from the female perspective of the scene. The emphasis is more on the emotional state of the people having sex than on titilation. Nudity is brief and fleeting in these scenes.
- A character who is portrayed as being homosexual suffers through electroshock therapy in order to rid himself of his deviant behavior. He attempts to have sex with his wife, but she objects when he attempts to take her from behind as though he were with a man. Breast and rear nudity is shown during this scene.
- One character is portrayed as being promiscuous. His wife calls him out in front of the entire hospital for having slept with his sister-in-law.
- A man approaches a woman with an offer. She assumes he wants to have sex with her.
