Robin pours a maple syrup on her neckline during breakfast. In later scenes she is clean.
In this episode, Lily has a drink in hand and says "yes this drink has alcohol..." however later in the season we learn that she suspects she's pregnant and see a longer version of the scene where she asks Linus to bring her a drink whenever her hand is empty. In the longer version of the scene she asks for virgin drinks because she suspects she might be pregnant.
