About 20 minutes in, after Dinah is kidnapped, Sara "answers" a phone call from Nyssa, just after speaking with her father back at the hospital. While she clearly answers and talks on the phone, you can, also clearly, see on the phone screen and reflected on her face the ANSWER and REJECT call button images, meaning she didn't actually answered the incoming call, all this during a full conversation with Nyssa on the other side.
