Near the start of the movie when the captain is on the PA his jacket has three stripes. When he arrives on the flight deck moments later his jacket has four stripes, the appropriate number for a captain.
When the flight attendant is in the galley preparing the meal service and one of the carts begins shaking in its container, you can clearly see there is a latch keeping the cart in place and locked. When the cart suddenly flies across the room, no latch can be seen on the container where it was located seconds before.
