When Sydney and Jake drive off in an early scene, Sydney opens the driver's door as she speeds by Jimmy and knocks him down with the open door. After the impact, there is an obvious dent in the driver's door. A short time later as the vehicle flees, there is a long shot of the car making a left-hand turn and the dent is no longer there.
One of the benefits of optical scanners is that they are resistant to being fooled by photos and 2-D digital sources, requiring an actual eyeball to scan to allow access. Here, there is a convenient USB port on the side of the scanner that allows an external device to be plugged in and to download a picture of the individual's eyeball that miraculously opens the door. No scanner made would allow that.
There is a tremendous rush after Jimmy drinks the almond milk that he is allergic to, to get the Epi-Pen injection of epinephrine into him. After setting him up with his pants down and having been stabbed several times with the needle, no one bothers to push the plunger on the Epi-Pen and actually inject the medicine so as to save his life.
