This show is a crock of horse crap. 1993 mustang looks for $12,000, These guys are delusional. This show is the worst show on TV. Whack and pack those pieces of crap and sell them to some sucker. They pay too much, and ask way too much.

I would run from anything on their lot and not look back.

The woman Martha on the show is clueless. Ash is an A$$, He pays way too much for junk.

Must be a lot of stupid people in Texas buying lots of Junk. The only smart person is the people running their junk through the auction.

Avoid this show at all costs.

Entertaining show.

Since for the first 15yrs of my adult life (since 16) I found restoring and selling cars to be an exhilarating pastime, I established myself in Tampa Bay with my childhood friend Sal L. We owned 2 restaurants and a body shop named Perfection Auto and the most fun I had was attending Auctions which I did with my buddy Tony of Tony Norton auto sales and his Dad. I learned a lot from his Pop and went out on my own, I then sold it all and just bought and sold for years. Unfortunately, I never ran across any of these folks or as it may, I believe I would have been friends because I'd fit right in with them. They seem genuine, and even though their estimations of some of their vehicles may be highly inflated, it's exactly as the gentleman said! Every car is worth what someone is willing to pay!! As far as the show itself is concerned, I find it highly entertaining and isn't that Why you're watching it in the first place? Have a great time, sit back and just enjoy it for its entertainment value, not to get the values of vehicles? Besides down here in Lakeland the cars may be more valuable than they are in say...Chicago or Seattle? Btw, where are these four dealers located? All in the Lakeland area, Tampa, Riverview, Dade City or just let me know? I believe Ash is in Lakeland? Is this correct?

A large load of El Toro Poop

I have bought and sold over 450 cars in my life. These clowns do a fine job of following a script to make us believe they pay a specific amount and then what the "projected sale price" is at the end of the show. What isn't shown is what they actually pay, the buyers premium and what it actually sells for. It's just entertainment and nothing more. Nobody worth their salt will pay top dollar for a car they don't know the history of.

They should get this for there vehicles. Come on! Most are not worth any where near what they say they will get and are usually junk. If this is reality, I will make believe.

Great Show

Being a 30 plus year car man myself, I enjoy watching the show. I show know all these guys and have done business with one through the years and heard Martha's name through the years from my older brother who knew her. Taking a car from an auction in need of TLC having the spine to put the money needed in and competing with 4 of their peers to see who makes the most profits is interesting. I know some of the prices they say they sell the cars for have been criticized on this site but cars like they are dealing with are worth what a buyer is willing to pay. The last hand up and no books can tell you the number...just what is on the draft or check.. I hope they continue to film new series. The relationships and picking at each other between the 5 bring back a ton of memories for me..I have not been at the lot level in 15 years but I still work with dealers all over the country providing technology for the stores and still hear old war stories..Love it and keep up the good work I would much rather see this than the Kardashians..lol

Good old fashioned entertainment
albeseeinya20 November 2015
Well, I can't see why anyone couldn't like this show...it's good old fashioned entertainment. Whether or not the situations are real, I know not, but does it matter? For me, Martha is a star! She has good old fashioned values and is on the lookout for 'battler's' - getting older cars back on the road and looking really nice. I love seeing all the different types of car coming through the auction and getting fixed up for resale. One thing that I reckon would improve the show tremendously is if they actually recorded the sales outcome - whether the vehicle was re-auctioned or sold to a punter - rather than predicting what it would sell for. Anyway - I look forward to seeing many more episodes - so yah, boo, sucks to all the naysayers - this show is a great idea and fun for all the family.

Some folks are not getting the joke.

Warning: Spoilers
The producers and writers are spoofing the 'fix it up' car shows that re-do or restore a basket case of a car in an hour show. The show is hilarious. The buyers insult the cars, they insult each other, the auctioneer insults them...I'm laughing the whole half hour. Cars are falling off of wreckers...do some people think this show is supposed to be serious??? I mean really! JD brings his 6 year old daughter to the shop to teach her stuff- 'remember rightie tightie lefty loosey' and then she almost falls over taking the rim and tire off. Little six year old girl. ROFL. Lighten up folks.
