The fort/place name ending in "dorf" is not a Dutch word, but German for "village". The Dutch word for village is "Dorp", therefore, it should be USAG Stroopdorp, not Stroopsdorf.
As is usual in American shows and movies, whenever supposed Dutch people speak English, they usually do so with a German accent. Similarly, when Dutch is supposedly spoken, it's usually German. These are both evident here.
Master Sergeant Dana Conway has a Combat Action Badge over her US Army name tape. This indicates that she experienced combat while deployed. However the right sleeve of her uniform has no unit patch indicating former wartime service, making her a "slick sleeve". This may simply be a choice by the character to not wear one.
