Fans of the Halloween franchise received some sad news today, as it has been confirmed that stuntman George P. Wilbur – who played horror icon Michael Myers in both Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers (1988) and Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995), the sixth entry in the series – has passed away at the age of 81.
Wilbur’s fellow Michael Myers performer Chris Durand, who played the character in 1998’s Halloween H20, broke the news of his passing on Facebook earlier today: “George P. Wilbur passed away last night. George, you were a class act and well loved. You will be missed. May you Rest in Peace.” Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers screenwriter Daniel Farrands reacted to the news by saying, “Very sad to hear of George’s passing. He was such a kind soul and a beloved member of the Halloween family.“

The Codys are about to pull off the most outrageous, dangerous, and essential job of their lives.
By the end of Animal Kingdom Season 6 Episode 10, the Cody trio agreed that they would bust Pope out of prison and leave Oceanside forever.
Is it even possible for them to pull off something like this?! And will Pope even cooperate?
Shit got real and fast with this installment, as the reality, or shall we say Animal Kingdom's version of reality, sank in that Pope was willing to sit in prison for 25 to life for killing Cath, assuming he'd even last that long.
As in, seemingly, nothing will come from Thompson's actions to get what she wanted. The expensive lawyers the Codys are paying had no decent solutions or challenged some of the many outlandish things that led to Pope's arrest and imprisonment.
I don't know how to feel about any of that.

Released July 1, Minions: Rise of Gru became an unexpected smash-hit around the world, raking in over 700 million at the global box office. Vikings, as we know it, is over.
The beloved History series aired its last-ever installments on Amazon Prime, and they were filled with big swings.
We had the chance to ask series creator Michael Hirst some questions about the final episodes, and we asked about the decision to kill off Bjorn Ironside on Vikings Season 6 Episode 11 -- eight episodes ahead of the series finale.
If you watch Vikings online, you know Bjorn died a hero, rising like a phoenix from the ashes to stop the attack on Kattegat from the Rus.
His monumental final scene found him put in a tomb, holding on to his sword.
"Bjorn is a legendary character. He’s done and achieved amazing things. And yet – in many ways, he’s disappointed," Hirst explained before speaking about some of the decisions the character made ahead of his death.
"He wasn’t a great ruler of Kattegat.

This week I just want to do a round up of what 2021 has in store for eBuying Comics. But first before everyone gets carried away with looking forward I have one piece of looking back to do. So without delay lets jump into the last year and a half of character spotlights and see how those valuations are faring. I have decided this will be the last time I revisit these issues for analysis. It is getting a little repetitive and to be honest the valuations haven’t changed much in the time the feature has been running. I will speculate on what the reasons for this may be later, but now I think it is best these issues rest and the character spotlight gets a revamp for 2021. I had planned the revamp for last year but then something happened… Before we get into the nitty, gritty of those all...

The end of Dark Nights: Death Metal #7 is the last stop of more than a decade of Scott Snyder driving the DC metaverse’s bus. The conclusion to the Dark Nights saga, which started in 2017 with Dark Nights: Metal and ran through an entire Justice League series before concluding here, closes off storylines Snyder and his creative partner Greg Capullo seeded as far back as their first issue of Batman when the New 52 launched.
And with Infinite Frontier and Future State, DC’s next publishing initiatives, on deck, it’s worth taking a look at what Death Metal did so we can try and understand how the pieces fit together. Because if there’s one thing to take away from Death Metal, it’s that everything fits together. Even if you really gotta stomp on the pieces to get them to stick.
The Anti-crisis Is Here!

Quibi, after its high-profile collapse, may be close to landing a deal with Roku to sell rights to its multimillion-dollar lineup of original shows.
Quibi, the startup led by Jeffrey Katzenberg and Meg Whitman, is in “advanced talks” on a pact with Roku to acquire streaming rights to the Quibi catalog, the Wall Street Journal reported Sunday. If the deal is consummated, Roku would add the short-form original series to the free, ad-supported Roku Channel.
Reps for Quibi and Roku declined to comment.
The Journal story didn’t include details about which Quibi shows may be part of the Roku deal or the financial terms. Quibi announced last fall that it planned to wind down operations after failing to attract a sustainable base of subscribers, leaving dozens of Quibi projects in limbo. The streaming app went dark on Dec. 1 less than eight months after launching.
