Titus Welliver in Chapter One: 'Tis the Season (2014)

Goofs

Chapter One: 'Tis the Season

Bosch

Edit

Continuity

When Bosch and Edgar leave the courthouse (0:42:10) to go to the morgue Harry's hair is long. By the time they get to the morgue Bosch's hair is short. They either stopped at the barber on the way to the morgue or they filmed the morgue scene later and Titus got a haircut.
At 00:13:17, a female officer nods at Bosch and proceeds walking to her left side, which would make her cross Bosch on his right side. In the next, the female officer is shown crossing his left side.

Factual errors

The District Attorney calls Bosch to the stand. The prosecution can never call the defendant to the stand, because everyone has a constitutional protection preventing them from having to testify against themselves (5th amendment). If the attorney for the defense allows the defendant to take the stand, the prosecution can then ask the defendant any questions it likes, but the prosecution cannot call the defendant to the stand.

Character error

When Doctor Golliher unearths the found skull, he remarks that the "lower mandible" is missing. A doctor would know that there is no such thing, the bone itself is the mandible.
