In the film Joe Weider creates the IFBB on the spot at the Mr. Universe competition in the early 50's. However the organization was already created by the brothers in 1946.
Stock footage of Times Square cites the year as 1970. But a theatre marquee shows "The Possession of Joel Delaney" playing -- it was released in 1972.
