Goofs

In the Disappearing Car Caper segment, during the opening image which shows Shaggy and Scooby in the Mystery Machine and when the interior is first shown including Scrappy, Shaggy and Scooby are wearing seatbelts. Then in the next shot when Scooby acknowledges Shaggy about Uncle Fearless, Scooby's seatbelt is missing. Then when the gang arrives at the car lot, Shaggy and Scooby's seatbelts are completely gone.
