There are a lot of innocently convicted people in Swedish prisons. That's what the newly appointed head and Chairman of the Supreme Court, Johan Munck, says, who is now entering the infected debate about Swedish legal certainty. Beyond a reasonable doubt does not mean 100 percent but perhaps 99 or 98 percent. Then there will be a lot of people who are innocently convicted.
