Sit Back and Enjoy the Ride of this First Date!

I recently saw THE FIRST DATE and loved it! It's a dramedy that depicts what happens when a couple who is destined to be soul mates, have one problem - they have to get past their first date.

This movie is filled with amazing actors who truly make the film. Both Nathan Tymoshuk and Chersti Rydning give wonderful performances as the cute and quirky couple on their first date - an experience most of us will find very relatable. Tony Czech, as the waiter, gives his usual high cailber performance. The casting for this movie is truly perfect, and the actors do not disappoint.

Time passes quickly with lots of little twists and turns, that can't be disclosed without spoilers. So just sit back and enjoy the ride!

Can Ego get around Fate?

If you like a love story, but don't want it handed to you in a predictable sequence, this short is for you. Clever cinematography, excellent actors with believable lines make for a short film to which you simply must fully attend. For a repetitive story, nothing about the film is tiresome. With each first date, newness is somehow maintained.

I liked the waiter best.

See this film to find out whether or not destiny plays out, or if it is worked out. Can we manipulate the master plan? Does ego matter in love? Is chemistry about oil and water, or hamburger at a seafood restaurant? Does anyone comb their hair anymore? Not telling.

In summary, I give this film my recommendation.
