In the flashback from the prior week at the beginning, Allenford says "You can't leave me here." Her blouse is on both shoulders. When she actually said the line the prior week, her blouse was off her right shoulder so Neville could take out the bullet. In the following flashback scene, the blouse is again off her shoulder.
