Excellent. Well Crafted. Lovingly made with obvious pieces of the Directors heart.

Quite often we see films that have a direct meaning at face value but can also mean something else to different people. This is one of those films. Too often do we take that for granted and fail to realise how much of an incredible thing and how difficult it actually is. Two brothers with lives completely opposite but neither brother is all they appear on the surface. A father who you aren't sure whether to hate or pity. Barracuda is a film made with heart and talent; two things that, when combined, pretty much guarantee a great film. This needs to be seen by everybody. Great actors, direction, cinematography, everything. I have absolutely no criticisms.

A fully fledged film.
its very clear that Albin is a well experienced film maker when watching this movie. he has a vision of a interesting premise and he follows it through to the end. the effective stylized dream sequences work well and sets the tone in a good way. A movie made with soul and thought put in to it and it that doesn't feel its length. I could have kept watching a movie like this for another 30 minuets easily. the movie stands on the good performances especially the one given out by Johannes Brost and the script witch doesn't contain a regular "lesson of the day" witch you often see in movies today. the meaning is a bit hidden and you almost have to form a own view of what the movie was going for. its clear that Albin isn't looking down on the audience and e believes that they are intelligent enough to figure things out on their own. i think that everyone can enjoy and learn something from this movie.

A defiant recommendation.
