- Nolan starts digging in Patrick past, and is delighted to learn from his Florida ex wife the Adonis is actually gay too. While Conrad intended to go public with the murder of David Clarke before meeting his maker, he has a car crash, which proves fatal for father Paul Whitley, who convinced him, but the shock makes him reconsider and the hospital finds his Huntingdon diagnosis flawed, so he decides to reclaim his place as Grayson family head. Daniel nearly breaks up with Emily after he gave her declaration to the police, clearing Conrad to avoid a scandal, and she told his magazine's staff about his own tragic car crash past. Victoria is forced to ask the Hamptons' leading gallery owner Sheila Lurie for a job, but Patrick tricks her into selling a picture he 'stole' from Victoria, who ends up s new owner. Jack insists to help expose Conrad, but finds that his car was sabotaged, which Aiden, now Victoria's confident, tells the Graysons.—KGF Vissers
- Open with Emily in the hospital with Conrad and Paul as they are first treated.
Patrick finds Victoria weeping over one of the first major paintings she ever purchased. She's depressed at the direction of her life and he tries to pump her up. He says she should sell her collection and the two of them should leave the Hamptons together. Victoria tells him she can't leave Daniel and Charlotte.
Charlotte shows Jack the wedding invitations she's working on for Emily and Daniel. Charlotte shares her unhappiness about Emily's behavior. Jack says he needs a break from Emily and isn't planning on going to the wedding.
Emily looks on as Paul dies. Patrick shows up and Emily gives him an update, also explaining that "at times like this" the Graysons close ranks.
Victoria and Daniel arrive at Conrad's bedside. Charlotte isn't answering her phone. Victoria is still furious about Conrad being on his way to confess and reminds him the doctors warned him not to drive because of his Huntington's disease. Conrad tells them that Paul was driving and Emily is stunned. Victoria also doesn't believe his story and states that the police will be able to see through his lie and he'll be facing serious charges. Daniel asks Emily what she saw as the first one at the scene of the accident. In a slow and quiet voice, Emily works to match her version of the story to Conrad's by saying Paul's body was thrown in front of the car and Conrad came up from behind her.
Emily asks Aiden to continue giving Conrad the medication she's been providing to make him appear ill.
Victoria pays a visit to long-time acquaintance Sheila, owner of the Hampton's premiere art gallery. She's there for a job and Sheila loves what it will do for her business and it's also clear that she is happy that Victoria had to come asking for her help.
Emily finds Daniel speaking with a Detective March, who is in charge of the accident investigation. Daniel has already given March a statement on Emily's behalf, as well as giving him a donation check for the department. On her way out she agrees to give one of the employees at the magazine a statement to use for the intro profile on Daniel. At the beach club Patrick tells Nolan he's considering leaving town.
Conrad gets a call from March, he assures the detective he's having the car from the accident taking care of. He turns around to find Aiden. Conrad barks at him to leave and revokes his access to the manor. Aiden calls Emily and tells her where the car has been taken.
Emily goes to the bar and tells Jack she no longer thinks Conrad will confess. Jack wants to help her bring Conrad down but she tells him to stay out of it. After Emily leaves Jack picks up his phone and tells someone, "I need some info."
Daniel is furious with Emily when he reads about his drunk driving charge in the magazine. She makes one weak effort to act as though she gave the statement about his DUI to show how much he's grown and overcome his problems. When Daniel accuses her of giving the statement only to hurt him and in retaliation for him managing Detective March, she responds that she finds what he's doing with March to be "disgusting" and storms out.
After stealing Patrick's wallet while they were at the beach, Nolan is frustrated at the lack of information he is able to get from the wallet's contents. Finally, he can't stop himself from grabbing a computer and jumping online to look into Patrick after arguing with himself that he'll "be able to stop" after he gets the information he needs.
Aiden, wearing gloves to prevent leaving his fingerprints, is exchanging a bottle of Conrad's medication with the pills Emily gave him.
Patrick goes to Sheila with one of the paintings owned by Victoria. When she asks how he came to possess it he reveals he is Victoria's son. Sheila says legally she can't purchase the work without the required, legal paperwork. He then threatens her by telling her that he's aware of her history of re-selling works on illegal markets.
Jack is waiting for Emily at the salvage yard. Jack has taken video of the car and spotted evidence that makes it clear Conrad was driving. They quickly hide as a forklift comes to take the Ferrari away to be destroyed
Emily tells Nolan about Jack showing up at the salvage yard and insisting that he wants to be involved in taking Conrad down. She also explains that the easiest way for her to make amends with Daniel is to attend Victoria's gathering at Sheila's gallery.
At the gallery event, Victoria expresses her surprise and displeasure at Emily's attendance. Victoria smugly comments that Daniel spent the night away from Emily and happily comments that the couple are having problems. Emily sends a text to Jack asking if he's gone to the police.
Daniel tells Conrad that the case is closed and he is now in the clear. He tells Conrad about the argument he had with Emily because she made certain that his DUI information became part of his profile in the article welcoming him to the magazine. When Conrad mentions that at least Daniel is doing the right thing in helping to keep Conrad out of trouble, Daniel assures him the reason he helped was because he couldn't afford the bad publicity right before his magazine launch. Daniel leaves and Conrad gets a shocking call.
Nolan goes to Florida and finds Patrick's ex-wife. He offers her money in exchange for information about Patrick and she seems up for it.
Victoria goes to Sheila about her reselling a piece of artwork she owns without the legal paperwork. Victoria accuses her of larceny and threatens to call the police. Victoria say she won't call if she tells everyone at the gathering that Victoria is the gallery's new owner.
Victoria tells Patrick their plan for her to acquire the gallery has worked.
Jack tells Emily he showed the pictures of the Ferrari to a mechanic buddy. His friend pointed out that somebody drained the brake fluid, which caused the accident. Jack expresses his frustration that Conrad has once again gotten away without his crimes being discovered. Conrad texts Emily that he wants to meet about a "huge discovery."
Emily tells Aiden about the brakes and wants him to assure her it wasn't him. During this conversation she admits that Jack knows who she really is.
Conrad pours out a bottle of pills in front of Victoria, Daniel and Emily. He's had a second MRI, which reveals he never had Huntington's Disease. Conrad says he wants to re-claim his position as master of the home.
Emily and Daniel talk about their upcoming marriage. He asks why she wants to marry him. She say she loves him and wants them to go home together. He declines.
Nolan appears to have learned that Patrick is gay. He leans in for a kiss, but Patrick turns away. But a moment later Patrick grabs Nolan and kisses him passionately.
Emily tells Jack about Conrad's discovery. Charlotte arrives and hands Jack an invitation to Emily and Daniel's wedding. He realizes she's planning to take the family down at the wedding and wants to be there. She doesn't think he needs to be a part of it.
Aiden tells Conrad he's looked into the accident. He tells him about the brakes being tampered with and says, "Jack Porter wants you dead."
