For a season that had such gripping moments, so many questions and such a stunning cast that surprised most... why does the AHS endings always feel rushed, why tell a 3 episode story in one episodr and do so so badly, double feature was an excellent example of rushed story endings that left such minimal impact.
Here we are again with so many character revelations with such little pay off. It's disappointing as the book is rather strong and holds some gripping suspense and then it comes to this series and we end cheapening the work of previous episodes. All the stakes that were built, the tension that's been rising, all crescendoing to nothing at all with a bizarre ending that didn't leave me asking questions or wandering what the future held, more a longing sense of disappointment that that was the choice made for the ending.
Disappointing but not a surprise from the AHS franchise anymore.
