STELLAR COMBAT
c-w-smith-usa11 April 2024
Kurtis Bueltmann shines in this gripping indie film set in a post-apocalyptic world, where hand-to-hand combat takes center stage. The choreography is impeccable, showcasing Bueltmann's prowess in every move. In a pivotal scene, a can of beans becomes a symbol of survival, illustrating the harsh reality of scarcity and the lengths one must go to in order to endure. This moment not only adds depth to the storyline but also underscores the characters' desperation and the brutal world they inhabit. A visually stunning and emotionally resonant film that leaves a lasting impression. Kurtis Bueltmann adhered closely to Adrian Paul's guidance in this post-modern mid-century classic.
