This is actually making me angry, I am sticking with it, as I can't stand to quit a show mid way, but I should have quit back on episode one. A good documentary is supposed to be balanced, and offer pros and cons, that is not the case here.
The one sided narrative continues, and this time they get some Brits on the scene ....to tell us how bad it is to eat fish, who needs omega 3 in their body, much better to have masses of omega 6 instead, and end up with high inflammation.
Almost every single comment is designed to put you off meat, the experiment in the kitchen, oh please, I'm only stunned that he didn't say it had Sars and ebola.

Cashews, I suggest you research into how they're harvested, the effects on those that pick them.
Are they genuinely saying that eating vegan cookies is the way forward to good health, I don't care what anyone says, eating highly processed, sugary foods is NOT healthy!!!
