About 15 minutes in, Zoe pulls on a white sleeveless top, says she is going to heck on Lily, and leaves the room. In the next shot she is checking Lily but is wearing a blue top.
Near the end of the movie, Baca is about to shoot himself in order to not turn into a zombie, but the sidearm he was using to stop a wave of zombies turns out to be a 6mm BB gun.
The Humvees are supposed to be military, which have Diesel engines, but after the breakdown Baca attempts to start his, and it's obviously a gasoline powered engine.
All of the science in the movie is completely wrong. Additionally, even if a vaccine is developed it would still do you no good. The zombies would still eat you, you'd just not come back as one.
