A young man endowed with extraordinary abilities that have lay dormant for years, is suddenly thrown into confusion and conflict after the passing of his mother. Will he realize his destiny before its too late? Set in Boston after a terrible incident rocks the city, another sinister force is attempting to disrupt the peace of the Bay Colony. Grilling through his nine to five and the care of his mother, Acarter has repressed his past and as a result his true potential. Ailing for many years Acarter's mother eventually passes away but not before revealing a secret long forgotten in his past. With the burden of her passing weighing so heavily on him, Acarter can no longer repress the force within himself. He now being waking up miles away from his home with no recollection of how he arrived there or what occurred in between. Unable to sleep he turns to his friends for support but no one quite understands what he himself doesn't know. SupaDupa is an allegoric tale woven with rich meaning and lyric. As well as music from artists like Aqeel, Brooklyn vocalist and songwriter ("Coming Down", "Bang, Bang"), and Clinical, Boston based rapper and producer ("Solid Gold"). Also featuring music by elijAH starr and Kendall Ramsuer of "Son of Serendip" on Cello. Kendall Ramsuer solo album "Time" is also featured in the title track. SupaDupa features some of Boston's greatest local talent in a film that transcends genre and expectation.
