Mr Jenkins is an old-school, cold and detached Geography teacher in a Welsh medium school who solves his boredom by working as a part-time hit-man. After receiving a request to assassinate one of the UK's biggest arms dealers for £100,000, he heads into the Welsh capital to find his target. Once he finally gets a good sight of his target at Alexandra Gardens, Cardiff, he's suddenly interrupted by an old face. He runs into a former student of his, Ethan, a boisterous personality whom Jenkins struggled to see eye-to-eye with during the time they shared together in the classroom. But Ethan is surprisingly thrilled to see his old Geography teacher and is determined to inform him of all the developments that have been going on in his life thus far. What follows is a two-handed discussion between two very different Welsh identities about the education system, language, independence and violence, all while Jenkins tries to stay focused on his biggest target yet.
