Sex & Nudity

  • Zero Suit Samus wears a form-fitting outfit, unintentionally showing off her physical curves, bust and buttocks. Additional outfits are more revealing, akin to a sports-themed ensemble exposing her calves and midriff. Said outfit is just as tight-fitting as her body suit.
  • Princess Peach has two different attacks that involve her backside; one involves her flying towards her opponent back end-first, where the impact results in a large smattering of hearts, and her back Throw move shows her bopping her grabbed opponent away with a single knock of the hip.
  • Shulk wears a swimsuit. His chest is visible.
  • Some characters in the game aren't wearing any clothing/pants, but there are no genitals visible.
  • As stated above, characters are naked, but genitals aren't shown.

Violence & Gore

  • The boxing character Little Mac has physical damage on the results screen in the forms of bruises and bandages on his face (dependant on how much damage is taken during battle)
  • The characters in the game fight one another with various attacks ranging from striking moves (punches, kicks, slaps, headbutts) and attacks with weapons from close-up to projectile to explosive. The point of the game is to inflict as much damage as you can to a character and send them flying off-screen with a powerful enough attack, scoring a point with each successive knock out.
  • Each attack ranges in power and intensity depending on the level of strength; quick, weak attacks that can be strung into combos are minor in scope, and strong "Smash" attacks appear more stylized and violent. But the level of violence within the game is cartoonish and, at times, silly; no serious injuries, bloodshed or death sequences (save for the KO, which is merely a burst of colored light or a off-in-the-distance sparkle/supernova when opponents are knocked into the sky).
  • Diddy Kong uses a gun, but it shoots peanuts instead of bullets.

Profanity

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • A person in a DLC trophy (bundled with Bayonetta) is said to own a bar. However, the main point of said establishment is to sell weapons

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • In one level there is a lady lurking outside a window and checks on you frequently, if you are seen her face turns demonic.
  • Matches can get tense real quick the more action is presented on the screen.
