- King Arthur is seen hugging and kissing his wife Guinevere in the opening of the game.
- If King Arthur gets hit once, he will be mostly naked wearing only his underwear unless he can find armor to get him dressed up.

- King Arthur can be seen attacking monsters including zombies, wolves, dragon skeletons, grim reapers, ghosts, demons, imps, with his sub weapons, throwing daggers, lances, arrows, torches, scythes, axes which can kill most monsters in one hit though some take more than one hit to kill them such as boss fights.
- If the enemy touches King Arthur he will lose his armor and be in his underwear and if the enemy touches King Arthur again, he will die and turn into a pile of bones, it's unknown how this death scene got past the Nintendo Censorship.

- This game is notorious for it's clunky gameplay and enemies swarming King Arthur as he runs like an old man and has to dodge enemies, tidal waves, lava pits and jump over pits and also he has to deal with enemies that often dodge him which makes this game frustrating to play.
- There are many scary monsters, demons in this SNES game which may scare some people.
- Suggested ESRB Rating: Rated T for Violence, Intense Gameplay, Clunky Gameplay, Peril, Scary Scenes, Mild Suggestive Themes.
