Right before the song "Surface Pressure," Luisa puts Mirabel down in front of the lined up donkeys, which all have their backs facing towards to grass. However in the next shot, when the song starts, Mirabel and the donkeys are facing with their backs towards the cobblestone road back into town.
At the end of "The Family Madrigal", Mirabel is given a gift basket with some items dangling from it. She is handed the basket with those items facing towards her, but in subsequent shots they are facing away from her even though she never turned the basket around.
In the title scene showing Mirabel approaching her door, she reaches for the doorknob with her left hand. Later, during Antonio's door ceremony, in Mirabel's flashback to her own ceremony, she reaches for the doorknob with her right hand.

When Abuela meets Mirabel at the river and apologizes to her, she is wearing a black shawl. The shawl disappears when Mirabel responds to Abuela and reappears when Bruno arrives.
In the song "Family Madrigal", When Mirabel is avoiding the kids, some people are seen playing a native Colombian sport called "Tejo" or "Turmequé" The game consists of throwing a metal puck/disc (called a tejo), across an alley in order to make explode small targets containing gunpowder, which explode on impact.
In the song, the players appear throwing the puck at too close a distance (less than 2 meters or 6 feet) while the actual launch distance in Tejo is more than 12 meters (39 feet)

When Mirabel and Agustín are talking in the nursery after Mirabel finds Bruno's vision, Dolores overhears their conversation that the magic is in danger. However, with her gift being superhuman hearing and proving that she could hear Luisa's eye twitching all night, she should have heard Alma talking to Pedro that same night and mentioning that the miracle is in danger.
Dolores is clearly able to make selective hearing choices as a matter of sanity, as otherwise the entire world of sound would be a big, maddening, constant cacophony to her. The usually unflappable Luisa suddenly exhibiting any sign of stress is a unique enough development to become a focal point on its own.

Every member in the Madrigal family wears clothes that reflect their gift. However, Antonio is already wearing his vest with animals sewn into it before he receives his gift.
The house does not provide the wardrobe along with the magical gifts, or any of the furniture, artwork, personalized plateware, etc that the family uses. There is, however, an antique sewing machine in the nursery and Mirabel is shown to be incredibly crafty and thoughtful in the presents she makes for the family. She sees that Antonio is "an animal guy" well before Casita shows the world, and she - or anyone else in the family - may well have added the animals to his clothes, simply because he loves them, and they love him.
Case in point, during "The Family Madrigal" one of the things the family does while in town is pick up Antonio's newly made ceremonial outfit.

Traditional English units of measurement are used at least twice in the film's song lyrics. In the song "We Don't Talk About Bruno," Camilo mentions Bruno's "seven-foot frame, rats along his back," and in the song "What Else Can I Do," Isabela mentions that she can create "flor de Mayo by the mile." Colombia adopted the metric system in 1853. This is probably poetic license, especially as "by the mile" is effectively a figure of speech.
In the final part of "We Don't Talk About Bruno" when Mirabel is joining the shattered pieces of glass, people appear dancing around her: Isabela, the dead fish lady, Félix, Pepa, Camilo, and Luisa appear behind her, but when they pass in front of her, the order is: Isabela, Dolores, Félix, and Pepa.
This is because they are not dancing in a circle. Top and bottom of screen are split into two oppositely moving lines of semi-separate character groups.

In the song "We Don't Talk About Bruno," the camera pulls out as Dolores begins to whisper to Mirabel, revealing that they are both standing on a flat floor on a corridor along the edge of the Casita's courtyard. No furniture is visible nearby. Dolores finishes her lines by suddenly ascending a small portable staircase in the middle of the corridor that wasn't there before and peering down at Mirabel.
While the camera zooms in on Dolores, the portable staircase can be seen, albeit barely, rolling towards her feet by an unknown force, presumably by Casita.

Luisa has extraordinary god-like strength powers. In that case, when she hugs Mirabel (which she does extra tightly), she should've crushed her to death, but Mirabel instead survives and seems completely fine.
