When Miranda rips the adhesive bandage off of Williams's face, no hair whatsoever is on the bandage.

When Mitchell cleans blood off Miranda's kitchen windows, it is unrealistically heavily coagulated.

When the man cannot breathe, Miranda does not even attempt the Heimlich Manoeuver before initiating a tracheotomy.

The Heimlich had been attempted before she was called in but "Nobody can get their arms around him".

Miranda says to her future rapist, "I squeezed fresh lemonade." One might squeeze fresh lemons to make lemonade, but one does not 'squeeze lemonade.'

That's verbal shorthand for "I squeezed (lemons to make) fresh lemonade". A listener should be able to make that leap.

You can't keep somebody in a wrist restraint if they don't have a hand.

That's because he still has both hands, the operation conducted on him by Miranda was to castrate him.
