I can't stop watching this series..

Addictive and addicted..

Again the character growth and alternative angles / perspectives really shines, and Although I wasn't at first into the recap episodes (seemed like filler at first) I saw their value quickly, as it summed up several larger plot pieces surprisingly well...

Five more Monogatari stories
Tweekums23 March 2021
This season is made up of five separate stories; Nekomonogatari (White), Kabukimonogatari, Otorimonogatari, Onimonogatari and Koimonogatari. These are marketed as separate series on DVD... as I discovered when the second story seemed rather familiar. The individual stories should please fans of previous seasons; solid stories which feature familiar characters, each with supernatural elements. The animation is impressive as is the dialogue; as before the series in very dialogue heavy; don't let this put you off though as the stories are a lot of fun. I'd advise watching previous seasons first, certainly Bakemonogatari, but suspect it can still be enjoyed without previous exposure as there are also some useful recap episodes. Overall a great addition to the franchise.

These comments are based on watching the series in Japanese with English subtitles.

DAMN

Ok this series was really good, the finish to establish some characters and present some new ones , the best episodes(so far because I'm not finished yet to catch up de monogatari franchise) we're in this part and the story driven type of narration feels really good with the monogatari franchise style of series

I recommend it a lot and I'm happy to end up this part.

My honest and objective commentary on my favourite anime
ayoubboukhizouga8 October 2020
I really like the monogatari series because they are different from the other series that I watched before, there is a different atmosphere that I can't describe, all characters have they're own style and got a very interesting background and a good soundtrack each character have a soundtrack that you will never forget, they're good at a point that you can just listen to them like a typical music. at first you'll need to adapt to the bizarreness of the series but you'll not regret to watch it.

The Magnum Opus of anime

No words can be described for how good this season is! It's an absolutely incredible masterpiece. Even though everything in the Monogatari world is supernatural, this season reflects the actual reality of life in a way that blows the mind. Definitely one of the most impactful series ever made! I could write paragraphs on how this season is one of the most honest pieces of art ever written.

More plot driven than the other Monogatari's. Definitely the strongest entry so far.

Favorite Episode: Nadeko medûsa sono yon

Most plot-driven eventful installment of Monogatari. So many pivotal moments for the main characters. Plot points came full circle and also opened new questions to be answered in the final season. The recap episodes were pointless and like all the Monogatari the dialogue can be slow sometimes but it made up for it with more plot progression than the other installments. Probably the strongest Monogatari so far.
