Taking place in a Philadelphia blue collar neighborhood, the logo on the door of the police car is the actual one used in Philadelphia, as are the shoulder ID patches on the policeman's shirts, but the police car itself, as well as the breast, and hat badges, are obviously NOT of Philadelphia.
Throughout the movie, modern vehicles can be seen parked and driving in the background.
Shellburn drives his car through a downtown area that is supposed to be Philadelphia's, but the City Hall in the background is clearly that of Yonkers where some of the film was shot.
