(at around 57 mins) After Marcus shoots the pillow to warn John of Perkins coming in the door, the pillow is clearly damaged. When John rolls back across the bed, the pillow is missing the bullet hole and is intact.
(at around 4 mins) When John puts his wife's bracelet down, the clock jumps from 8:00 to 10:00.
(at around 1h 25 mins) The driver's side rear view mirror in John Wick's Charger is damaged before he strikes any vehicle. He then wrecks into one vehicle using the driver's side and pulls around to hit yet another vehicle with the passenger side of the car. In this shot, the driver's side rear view mirror is undamaged. After bashing around vehicles with both sides of his car, Wick screeches to a stop and mirrors that were damaged and hanging in previous cuts now appear undamaged.
(at around 14 mins) Early in the movie right before John Wick is jumped by the Russian Thugs in his garage, he is woken in bed by his dog. The clock reads 1:41 (AM) but if you watch closely, right as John gets out of bed, you get another glimpse of the clock and it reads 10:00.
(at around 1h 27 mins) The rear windscreen of John Wick's car has already been shot through. However, as John spins the car around the dumpster, light is reflected from the intact rear windscreen.
(at around 1h 1 min) Russian Orthodox Churches do not have benches inside. When John is walking into Little Russia Church, he is actually walking into a Catholic church.
(at around 24 mins) In Slavic folklore, Baba Yaga is not the Bogeyman or male at all. Baba Yaga is portrayed as a female, usually an old woman. Depending on the story, she either helps or hinders the protagonist. She's a trickster, sometimes good, sometimes malevolent.
(at around 1h 1 min) Russian Orthodox Churches don't permit use of musical instruments. Another proof that John Wick is walking into a Catholic church. The song playing in the church is Ludwig van Beethoven's "Ode to Joy", which is used as a hymn tune in many churches, i.e. Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee, but is not used in Russian Orthodox service.
(at around 47 mins) Security Guard says in Russian that he lost 20 kilograms, that is 44 pounds, but English translation says 60 pounds.
(at around 1h 1 min) The church Wick goes into not only is built from both the outside and inside like a catholic one, but also the priest is wearing a very typical catholic liturgical robe (green robes are worn during Ordinary Time: the periods after Epiphany and Pentecost) and is also clean shaven unlike Russian orthodox priests who always wear full facial hair and hardly ever trim their beards.
(at around 28 mins) The tattoo across John Wick's shoulders reads "Fortis Fortuna Adiuvat," which literally means "(the) strong (ones), Fortune helps", or "fortune favors the bold". This is a quote from a play by Terence, written in 161 BCE.
It is often misquoted in English texts as "fortes Fortuna adiuvat", which uses the accusative plural ending -es instead of the "Republican" accusative ending -is, making some believe that the quote is misspelled. Apparently John knows a thing or two about antique playwrights.

(at around 11 mins) It has been assumed that because John Wick's Mustang has New Jersey plates, the gas station where he encounters Iosef Tarasov must be in New Jersey where self-service pumping is illegal. However, Upper Nyack is just outside of New Jersey in Rockland County, NY where self-service is legal. It's not unlikely that Wick could have been passing through that area. Also, Iosef's car has New York plates, which makes this even more plausible.
(at around 1h 24 mins) It has been claimed that the phone call between Wick and Winston was a goof due to the smartphone screens being on. Many cellphone screens, even when in call mode, stay on for 10-15 seconds. Wick and Winston's call was only several seconds long. Also, you can clearly see on both phones the red "End Call" button which only appears in call mode.
(at around 12 mins) Early in the movie, John's puppy is seen following him getting into the car (the Mustang), and taking the front seat next to the driver. John then heads to a large open space, where he has the opportunity to drive hazardously with some real braking turns in it. Those are impossible to do with a dog (even a puppy) placed in the front seat without harming him bad, because he would smash himself in front of the seat. Even if not placed in the front seat, it would still be very dangerous to drive like that with a puppy inside the car. However the puppy is never shown in the car during the stunts. John might have left it with someone in the hangar he is exiting from.
(at around 1h 29 mins) In part of the final fight, the white haired Viggo is replaced by a black haired stuntman.
(at around 1h 28 mins) In the last action scene in the harbor, when Wick's Dodge Charger is pushed off the ledge and rolls, before it settles back onto its wheels it can be clearly seen that the transmission, drive shaft, and exhaust have been removed.
(at around 24 mins) When John starts breaking through the floor of his house, you can see the entire floor jump with the first swing of the sledgehammer, revealing that it is not a real concrete floor.
(at around 15 mins) When John Wick is lying on the floor next to his dog, he places his hand on the dog and it is visually clear that the dog is either CGI or added in post production.
(at around 1h 28 mins) When John climbs out of his car window as it is being pushed off a ledge, you can see that the roof of the car is bone dry. John immediately jumps from the car and hits the ground, which is covered with heavy puddles of water and torrential rain.
When Marcus is shooting his rifle left-handed, this is a result of the negative being flipped. When he shoots it the bolt handle is on the left side. When he shoots it right-handed at the Continental, the bolt handle is on the right side.
(at around 9 mins) When John Wick awakens to his alarm clock at 6:00am on the day of his wife's funeral, the sun is shown to not have not yet risen over the horizon. When he is awoken the following day (or possibly two days later) by his dog, also at 6:00am, there is full sunshine streaming through his bedroom window.
Recall that the Cleaners make themselves available to dispose of bodies and clean up the scene for just one gold coin per body. At Around 1:24:15, just after Ms. Perkins is killed for violating Continental rules, Winston hands Charlie would should be one coin, but the audio in the movie sounds like two coins.
(at around 1h 18 mins) After the hotel manager gives John a new car as a parting gift, when John leaves the premises the camera crane is reflected by the Charger's hood.
(at around 13 mins) When John is drifting in his car on the airfield, the shadow of the camera crane is seen in the bottom left as it glides closer to his car.
(at around 11 mins) In New Jersey, when John Wick first encounters Iosef, they are both pumping their own gas. However, self-serve gas stations are banned in that state. In filming locations, it says that this gas station is in Upper Nyack in New York.
(at around 59 mins) When John subdues Perkins in his room in the Continental, Charon calls and asks if Wick needs a "dinner reservation" (i.e., corpse clean up) for his "uninvited guest". Since breaking hotel rules is a capital offense, the response should have been much more serious and immediate (i.e, "revoking of privileges"). Instead Perkins is allowed to attack and kill another guest.
Everybody knows the legendary John Wick by face. Therefore it's questionable why Iosef Tarasov, son of his former employer, doesn't.
(at around 14 mins) If John Wick was such a well trained killer, it is not logical, why he did not even try to defend himself against the gang breaking into his house.
The Continental goes to great lengths to protect their "guests" but don't think to have bulletproof windows. John Wick is a well-trained killer but doesn't think to draw the curtains.
There is a staggering lack of police officers in the film (other than Jimmy), in spite of all the violence, mayhem, and destruction caused by John Wick and other characters. Also, Jimmy asks John if he's "working again," strongly implying he is aware he is a killer, yet he doesn't arrest him.
(at around 32 mins) In the beginning, when John calls Charlie after being attacked by Viggo's crew, he asks for a "dinner reservation" for 12. He actually killed 13 people.
Viggo Tarasov speaks with a grave Swedish accent, rather than Russian.
(at around 11 mins) The Mustang is from 69 but is not a Boss 429, as Iosef mentions (even if John is not denying or confirming) just a regular Mach 1 or Cobrajet. The Boss 429 had a very large hood scoop and side decals stating Boss 429.
(at around 1h 2 mins) A fake priest is forced to let Wick penetrate the Little Russia Church's vault. Said priest could easily have entrapped him by shutting the
vault gate behind him.
(at around 1h 4 mins) Perkins is not worried that she left her fingerprints on the gun she throws onto the bed.
