At the beginning of the film, when Nic helps the little boy with the claw game, there is clearly coffee all over his white T-shirt. Later, at the hotel, there's no stain on that shirt. The next day he spills coffee on himself, creating the stain.
When Nic and Jonah are decrypting the IP address of the person they believe to the hacker named "Nomad", Jonah starts to dictate the IP address 192.236.19.147 to Nic, and start writing it to the wall. But after this scene, this IP address is not written in the wall.
Whilst we hear the full IP address spoken, we never explicitly see it written down in full (camera angle). Also interesting to note, is how he repeats 147. There's nothing to suggest however he actually writes this down in order either as we see the first 3 octets afterwards, but 147 does appears twice on the wall, one of which is circled.

When they stop for gas and coffee at the beginning of the movie Nic asks where Haley has gone and then finds her overlooking a canyon with the morning sun covering her whole back but when Nic takes a seat there is a clear shadow of something up to the middle of Haley's back and what looks to be the shadow of a tree on her upper right shoulder.
The visual of Damon's face in his helmet keeps changing from normal to enlarged, as if the face-plate and side-plates are magnifying his head. They really are magnifying his head; the "glass" in these helmets is thick and irregularly curved, which causes a lens effect. That really is Laurence Fishburne wearing one on screen, and not a special effect.
The movie's geography makes no sense, with a postulated setting of Nevada at one moment, and the Rio Grande Gorge appearing at another. The characters actually discuss this, it's one of the main plot points, and the ending explains why this is.
When Nic is pulling Haley with his wheelchair in the corridors, as he turns the corner, her bed gets stuck. You can see the foot of a crew person who must've been pushing the bed and making sure it got stuck.
Whoever the double is who lent their hands for closeups for Nic's really, really needs to stop chewing their nails and give them a good scrubbing. Those stand-in hands are pretty gross.
