Vice Principal Luna is confronting Twilight Sparkle about the trashed gymnasium. She goes to a shaded window and uses her finger to bend down one of the slats of the shade making the beam of light hitting her face wider. When she lets go, the slat springs back to its original position yet the beam of light remains as wide as it was when more light was being let through.

When Luna is combining the altered picture of Twilight kicking the backdrop with the cut picture of her during the soccer game with Rainbow, from Luna's perspective Twilight is facing left in both pictures. But when Luna is holding the pictures together in the previous shot, the cut picture shows Twilight facing right.

When Luna shows Twilight the photos of her destroying the gym, the photo of Twilight kicking the backdrop has her facing right; but in the photo Flash shows to clear her name, she is facing left, and is in a different part of the gym.

During the cafeteria song, Fluttershy's and Rarity's eyeshadow disappears a few times.

In the final scene as Twilight is walking down the hallway of the Crystal Castle with her pony friends, her mane is briefly shown in the way she wore it to her coronation. It returns to normal when she turns her head.

Sunset's cutie mark is missing from her shirt in a few scenes.

Pinkie has bows on her boots for the fall formal, but when she gains pony features the bows disappear.

When Rainbow strikes her final pose in her half-pony transformation, the sparkles on her dress disappear when she turns to the side.
