A research assistant at the Institute for Postcolonial Studies is found dead. The investigation takes Chief Detective Cris Blohm, who returns to Munich after a mission abroad, into the university environment. She and her colleague Dennis Eden are confronted with the claim that the murder victim was a rapist and had received his "just" punishment. They receive unhelpful statements, more silence than well-founded information, which makes the investigation increasingly difficult. Even with Otto Ikwuakwu, a colleague who is supposed to support them in this case, they can't get any further. Now it's time to track down every little piece of the puzzle and find out how the crime could have happened.
