Test Anxiety

Baby Daddy

Edit

Factual errors

When Riley is supposedly due to take the Bar Exam the next day, the group says they should throw her a party tomorrow night. The Bar exam is a 2 day test (or 3 in some states), so no one would be having a party after the first day. Also, Riley tells Ben that she freaked and didn't even take the test. Next, after some encouragement, she goes back and takes it a few days later. This would be impossible. The Bar is given nationally only 2 times a year in July and February. Every taker in every state takes it on the same day. Plus she says this is her fourth attempt, which means more than 2 years have gone by at least since the start when she was a law student.

Plot holes

The bar exam is given only in July and February. It's a 2 or 3 day test, depending on the state. If Riley blew it off because she was nervous, she'd have to wait months to take it again. And then at least 2 more months to find out if she passed it. Plus her firm would have fired her after the first or second time she failed it, not after 4 tries.
