1,000 miles and 60,000 feet of climbing - handcyclist and thalidomider Andrew Paddison finds himself in the rugged Highlands of Scotland on a cycling challenge that takes him and his team on a spirited and eventful journey.

In this documentary we follow Andrew Paddison and his team as they tackle 1,000 miles in just 10 days around the Highlands of Scotland. With mechanicals, wrong turns, classic Scottish rain (it's wetter than other rain) and 60,000 feet of climbing, this challenge tests Andrew's determination and his capacity for hard riding day after day. This warm and engaging film gives an insight into Andrew's life as a thalidomider and his experiences both off and on the bike.
