Factual errors

Getting married does not automatically grant the non-citizen spouse citizenship. The non-citizen spouse still has to go through a citizenship application process that takes years.

Revealing mistakes

A prop Yellow Pages phone book sitting on a nightstand and intended to show that Cady is in a Denver hotel room has a misspelled cover title reading "Greater Devner Area."
The hand grip & swing of the axes the men use in the opening scene is not one that would ever be used by someone who's used an ax for more than thirty minutes. The lesser hand would hold tight to the bottom of the handle as the dominant hand would grasp the handle near the blade and start the swing. As the blade moved past the apogee (furthest point from the target) the dominant hand would slide down the handle to meet the lesser hand about 1/3 of the way from apogee to target with the individual "pulling" the swing home with his/her upper body. The actors never move their hands up or down the ax handle.

Crew or equipment visible

When Sal Vayas is in the holding cell, he starts screaming. When he flips a bed, an arm in black sleeve appears on the left to hold the bed, but he was alone in the cell.

Character error

A Martinez drops his Native American accent.
After Jeremiah and Rosa are released, Walt suspects them again and asks the Ferg to get warrants to search Jeremiah's office and Rosa's motel room. However, he already had a warrant for Rosa's hotel room (the motel owner clearly demanded it before they entered)
