Goofs

On Tempest being remanded to await trial a gavel is seen hitting the bench. Gavels are never employed in British court rooms.

Professor T is on remand. In the UK, while prison duties are optional, they are not mandatory. He is seen being called for laundry duty, something from his behaviour he clearly dislikes. As such, it does not seem plausible that he would have volunteered for this work yet remand prisoners cannot be made to do prison duties.

Both Drakeford and, later, Joseph Bernard drive their smart, clean cars into the workshop, occupying valuable space. Neither car is to be worked on so they would normally have parked outside, where there is plenty of parking space.

The opening credits show Tempest's hand marking a document which appears to be coursework produced by Donckers for him. However, her name is misspelt 'Donkers'. There are also numerous mistakes in punctuation and spelling ('forebaerers', 'capable', 'wheather', 'dispite', 'envirement', 'violance') but the fastidious Tempest only highlights one word ('increments') which is spelt and used correctly.

The blue & yellow Mustang is a mid 1960's notchback. As it leaves the showroom it's on a modern 2018-2019 number plate. At least make the false plates age-related.

Once again, an American courtroom set-up, supposedly in England. The accused should be in the dock, not occupying a seat alongside the judge, and British judges do not have a gavel to bang when they deliver judgement. Totally American.

In the prison cell, Professor T took the cake out of his gift package. His cell mate immediately said "Date and walnut?" but he couldn't have known what was in it because it wasn't labelled.

When Donckers charges Adam Bernard with murder, she didn't caution him before he was led away.
