From the Kitchen Basics Collection, this indispensable set takes the guesswork and tedium out of measuring liquids. Firstly, as with our set of dry measure cups, the wet measure cups are easy to identify because they have tactile (raised) dots on the handles. The quarter-cup measure has four dots; the third-cup measure has three dots; the half-cup measure has two dots; and the one-cup measure has no dot. Just run your finger along the handle over the dots and you'll instantly know if you are holding the correct measuring cup for your recipe. The sizes of the cups are also indicated with embossed fractions. Secondly, the handles of the cups are attached at a 90-degree angle, which allows them to be set inside a larger container and easily filled. Any excess liquid can then be transferred back to the original container using a funnel. This method eliminates messy spills, saves clean-up time, and avoids waste.
