When Skyler has been shot through the hand, she is next shown lighting a cigarette with the same hand, without any pain or stiffness.
When Skyler and Milton is dying in the desert, the police video first shows the time 17:57, then 17:42 in the next shot. It is highly unlikely they would end up in exactly the same spot, under the exact same circumstances, on two different "Tuesdays".
Milton and Russell are arguing for some time in the hunting lodge, but when Skyler intervenes suddenly Milton has a cigarette in his mouth that was nowhere to be seen before.
On the day that Skyler kills Milton, she takes the meth and goes to Archer to get paid. However, there was no reason for Milton to make the meth that morning as he was studying how to get out of the loop. The meth didn't exist the following loop so she would have had no meth to sell.
