Now they get to work on their own with help of one of the evicted designers. The challenge is to design a very original outfit for a photo shooting on Marie Clair.
I think Stanley is a deserving winner. I loved what he did, so beautiful, elegant and original. I also like how he told the judges Tu constructed the jacket. He may have been bossy, but it is understandable due to pressure and he acknowledges the good work. Hope he also said nice things to Tu in person! I am pretty sure he did.
Layana's was ugly. The top reminded me of a pair of ugly shoes that me and pretty much every kid had when we grew up in USSR in the 80's. So I fail to see her design as good. She is also the one I can't stand as a person. I hate the sound of her voice.
I actually liked what Daniel did. They kept on saying it makes them think of Easter and bunnies, but I saw a butterfly. Was a fresh, beautiful design perfect for an editorial.
It is unbelievable Patricia was not evicted!!!! Now I am sure they do everything to save her ass. It was ugly, plain ugly. And there is no "surprise", please using the usual native stuff is not surprising anymore, especially since now she didn't even really do it abstract.. I have seen such outfits in cheap stores many times and didn't even feel like spending $5 on them. And the nerve to try to blame it on Richard! They try to make it look as if he is bad at it. Somehow I never noticed it before. And he is a way better designer than her or whiny Layana. It sickens me that at least one of them will be in final 3.
Michelle's outfit was hot. Yes, she did a shirt and pants. But isn't it what Stanley did? I mean as long as it looks awesome it should be not an issue. And his was definitely better than hers but what she did was way better than what Layana and especially Patricia did... At least they gave us a little cliffhanger at the end on whether Michelle stays or goes. I hope she stays, she is great and this is also the only way to keep Layana and Patricia from the finale.
