When the dates are leaving Frasier says "There's one thing I have to clear up. You both wanted me?"
This is a callback to the "The Ski Lodge" where Frasier says after a series of confusions in an unrequited love pentagon "Let me see if I've got this straight. All the lust coursing through this lodge tonight, all the hormones virtually ricocheting off the walls, and no one... was chasing me?" in the same tone of voice.
The short duration of this episode, along with credits for Anders Keith and Cheyenne Perez, who appear only briefly in the background of the first scene sat by the window, would seem to suggest that there was material deleted at a late stage.
Although the performers are not necessarily the same age as the characters they're playing, both women that Frasier is interested in are significantly younger than Kesley Grammer in real life. Jacqueline Obradors (Siobhan) is over 11 years younger, while June Diane Raphael (June) is almost 25 years younger.
In contrast, June (who has arrived as Freddy's date) is just 7 years older than Jack Cutmore-Scott.
